Generally, we could arrange shipments by express, commercial airlines, ocean dependant on weight and packing sizes.
3. Does Savakoo support return of packages ?
Yes, if you are not satisified with the pacakged received, you could return the packages to Savakoo at your cost, please inform us the tracking ID# and after Savakoo receives your return, full refund will be done within 24 hours.
4. What express company Savakoo will use when the package is free shipping?
4PX. Savakoo normally uses 4PX when package is free shipping if no special remarks.

Orders typically ship out within 1 Business day (not including weekends or public holidays) from the day they are placed (applies to standard shipping only). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day. During sale events and peak shipping seasons, it will require additional 3-6 business days to ship plus an additional 1-3 business days for pack sets to assemble and ship.
For free shipping, we always sent out by 4PX in order to strike a balance between transit time and shipping cost.
Note: Orders with packs are hand assembled at our warehouse and may require additional time before orders containing these items ship, especially during season.
